Now that things have settled down from our Annual Camp, I wanted to take some time to thank you and your team for the services you provided for this camp.  The decision for us to go with a self-drive and a driven bus certainly worked in our favour as it gave us a great amount of flexibility. It is greatly appreciated that Travel Safe was able to meet our requirements, and subsequent changes, without any dramas. This is just a note to say thank you for the excellent services provided by your company here in Melbourne and in Sydney. I received details of the drivers and their phone numbers, confirmation SMS/email messages + phone calls from drivers confirming the times.  The drivers were punctual, polite and also helped with the children's luggage. At Melbourne Airport we found that a 12-year-old child had left their mobile phone on the bus while disembarking.  Phoned the driver who had left the airport at that time, but promptly returned to the airport to hand over the phone. Thank you for the excellent professional service provided by you.

Good afternoon, I just wanted to give you some positive feedback for your driver and the coach we had for our trip on Saturday 17th June to the Ipswich Cup.  The coach was clean and lovely, and the driver was lovely, polite and obliging at all times, and had the patience of a saint with the ‘happy mob’ on the way home, which was great!  A wonderful day was had by all and the journey both ways only added to their experience.     Thank you so much, we will definitely use you again.

We were very impressed with every aspect of our booking, it was a very last-minute booking due to an unsuitable coach arriving from another company. I rang on the morning of the booking to see if you had anything available, we had approx. 60 school students and adults that needed to be transported to a zoo excursion, you managed to supply us with two seat-belted coaches within about one hour of the phone call! The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and polite, the coaches arrived when he said they would, the teachers on the excursion found the service excellent. Thank you very much for your help.

Just wanted to give you feedback regarding our minibus service last week. Both to and from the airport the drivers were polite, friendly and arrived early which was fantastic. Both times we could’ve hit traffic but they found alternate routes which proved to be faster and got us to our destination on time. We will definitely use your service in future.

I'm typing this email in regards to the great service I received from Travel Safe Coach Hire. I got in contact with Travel Safe as I was looking for a  Coach service to organise travel arrangements for a sporting event I booked. I had organised several quotes at this stage but not one service personally contacted me, immediately after making an online quote with TravelSafe I was contacted by an incredibly helpful gentleman called Keith. Keith showed great interest in the event that was being booked and took the time to go that extra mile and build that rapport, he made the process is very simple and responded in timely fashion with the quote which was great. Keith frequently stayed in contact with me throughout the process contacting me to see if the quote has been received, informing me the deposit had gone through and if there were any changes that needed to be made he could assist with. Throughout this process I have probably made close to a dozen...

I would like to thank Travel Safe Coaches very much for all the effort and expertise provided to Spiecapag Australia in transporting our VINCI Conference participants to their various destinations on the day.  The driver – Ray, was timely, friendly and efficient – and the vehicle and service exactly met our needs for the transfers required during this visit. I would also like to thank Keith Vincent for his assistance in providing me with all the relevant information during the quote process, and his patient communications during the post busy Christmas period. I understand my colleague in our Sydney office (who paid for this transport) experienced some difficulty in using a corporate credit card, although this was remedied by Keith arranging for the issue of an invoice to pay for the service via EFT. My experience with Travelsafe was excellent. The quote and payments process was easy and any queries were responded to very quickly. I received a text with the driver details the day before which was helpful. On the day the driver, Rick, was on time and extremely accommodating and courteous. Nothing was too much of a problem. Website – nice layout and easy to use. Box to enter quote query information is right in front of you and in an easy to read format. My communication to arrange our coach hire was with Richard via phone conversation. Richard’s reply to my online enquiry was very prompt and he was courteous and friendly throughout. It was extremely pleasant to deal with him when making the arrangements. Our driver was Guy. He was very friendly  and displayed good people skills. His announcements were clear and he was happy chatting to me while we were loading/unloading. He was patient, friendly and drove well. Can’t ask too much more. The coach itself was very presentable and clean.
